What HomiPilot Claims, and What It Refuses To

A public record of what HomiPilot claims and what it deliberately does not. It verifies addresses against the US Census Geocoder, checks the FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer, and builds pricing only from evidence rows, returning an insufficient-evidence summary rather than inventing a number. It does not virtually stage rooms, does not remove defects, is not a flat-fee MLS service, gives no state-specific legal guidance, and promises nothing about how fast or for how much a home sells. Claims that were removed for being unsupported are listed with the reason.
